Fully automated without the need of external intervention from the operator for continuous inspections and corrections
Load cell module with 24bit resolution in conjunction with the ingenious software can deliver maximum accuracy
Batch bin can achieve accuracy of 0.5% for material with a 1% setting in the recipe. It can detect microvariations and automatically make correction on the next batches in order to eliminate the error in the whole recipie
Mix bin with continuous weighting for loss-in-weight function, specialy designed mixing blades for an absolute homogenous mixture with adjustable mixing timer
Integrated gravimetric extrusion control. Setting the desired production per hour the software controls the RPM of the extruder screw giving accuracy of ±0.5%
Automated film thickness control. Setting the recipe, the desired film width and thickness the software controls the take-off speed giving accuracy ±0.8% in the film thickness per meter
Fast access on all places that need cleaning after material change
