Material Conveying Integrated Materials Management

Consists of a pipe network for air conveying

More and more companies chose pneumatic conveying over mechanical (conveyor screws and belts). The main reason is that pneumatic conveying systems can easily be configured to fit existing equipment giving more flexibility and occupying less space. Our company has chosen to build its air conveying system with modular architecture by dividing it in several subcategories achieving this way fast installation, maintenance or repair and the ability for future modification or extension

The material is evacuated from the silos with a vacuum array to the material buffers thus making it independed from the dosometrics and the rest of the raw material consumers. The dosometrics will plug on the buffers afterwards so we can easily choose the material we need to use without interfering with the air conveying cycle.

The pipe network is manufactured from stainless steel tubes and special wire strengthened silicon tubes for the bends, ceiling mounts and supports are manufactured from galvanized steel and are designed with priority on easy installation and future modifications and extensions.

Every vacuum pump is a standalone system and their rated power and quantity depends on the production demands and the variety of the materials.  Each vacuum has its own filter for ease in maintenance. More vacuums can be plugged onto the system any time if needed.
The material buffers are fabricated from lightweight sheet metal with electrostatic coating. They have electronic material level sensor and are available in 2 sizes.

 Single compartment buffer: designed for 1 material, 236Lt capacity with 12 connection points for corresponding consumptions
 Double compartment buffer: designed for 2 materials, 181Lt capacity for each compartment with 9 connection points in each compartment for corresponding consumptions
