Throughput up to 450kg /h • Due to its modular design the material feeding and temporary storage accessories can be added and removed without the need of special tools or the machine uninstallment
Fully automated without the need of external intervention from the operator for continuous inspections and corrections
Load cell module with 24bit resolution in conjunction with the ingenious software can deliver maximum accuracy
Batch bin can achieve accuracy of 0.5% for material with a 1% setting in the recipe. It can detect microvariations and automatically make correction on the next batches in order to eliminate the error in the whole recipie
Mix bin with continuous weighting for loss-in-weight function, specialy designed mixing blades for an absolute homogenous mixture with adjustable mixing timer
