Consist of the drying silos with constant control over the temperature and humidity
Many attempts have been made to achieve the reduction of the moisture in the raw material. The moisture in the raw material is the biggest source of problems in the production from the material side. Failure to reduce the humidity to the desired levels leads to many problems. Those problems most commonly appear in 2 ways:
- Partial of complete deterioration of the product due to hydrolysis, oxidation etc.
- Stains, color variation, texture variation or even microbubbles trapped under the surface of the product
The failure tolerances are very slim and even minor hydroscopic deviations in the scale of 1% may have a huge impact on the quality of the end product. Caution must be given because each material has different needs in dehydration levels.
Our company manufactures hot air drying systems. The silos are fabricated from galvanized steel for great durability with special type insulation for minimal thermal losses. With an array of blowers and air heat resistors in conjunction with the screw elevator recycle system guarantees full and uniform dehydration of the raw material.

In the first compartment the raw material gets dehumidified and then transferred to the second compartment for preservation. The exchange can be performed automatically or manually with a preinstalled screw elevation system.
